Mike Lester has been an artist, illustrator and writer professionally for 20 plus years. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia he graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia.
He has created images and illustrations for the ad campaigns of major corporations and national magazines along with writing and illustrating numerous children’s books, games, products, greeting cards, gifts and licensed products. For two years, he designed and animated a daily animated cartoon for DowJones.com called "MikeDuJour".
At this point, his accolades and awards don't mean anything to anybody except his Mother. He's also the editorial cartoonists for The Rome News Tribune and his cartoons are syndicated nationally through CagleCartoons.com. |
