Fill out the other information, date the form and fax it to the number listed. Bids faxed after 4pm on Friday, November 19, 2004 will not be considered. Each title has a specified minimum bid amount; bids under that amount will not be considered. The person bidding the highest amount gets the item. If two or more persons bid the same amount via fax, the item goes to the earliest dated bid. Winning bidders will be notified (along with the amount owed) by e-mail during the following week in November.
